ZCAToKOIN Signals is a subscription-based entertainment and opinion publication that provides AI-generated cryptocurrency market analysis, behavioral pattern observations, and informational content. The Service uses automated AI-Powered Behavior Analysis ("A.B.A.") technology to generate observational reports on selected digital assets. Content includes support and resistance range identification, short-term and mid-term behavioral outlook, confidence scoring, and narrative analysis. The Service is curated using a Human In The Loop ("H.I.T.L.") methodology.
THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. All content generated by the Service — including but not limited to AI-generated analysis, support and resistance observations, behavioral narratives, forecasts, and signal classifications — is provided for ENTERTAINMENT AND OPINION PURPOSES ONLY.
No content on the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency, digital asset, security, or financial instrument. You should not interpret any content on the Service as a recommendation to take or refrain from taking any particular action.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared.

The AI models used by the Service analyze publicly available market data and do not have access to insider information, proprietary trading data, or non-public information. The confidence scores and outlooks provided are statistical estimates based on available data and should not be interpreted as guarantees or predictions of future price movements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
All content, branding, design, code, and AI models associated with the Service are the intellectual property of ZCAToKOIN Corp, LLC. "ZCAToKOIN", "ZCAToKOIN Signals", "ZCAT-Claw", "A.B.A.", and the "Z" logo mark are trademarks of the Company. You may not use any of our trademarks without prior written consent.
The Service integrates data from third-party sources including CoinGecko, Jupiter, and Anthropic. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions. The Service may contain links to third-party websites; we do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Hillsborough County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
